January 25th 2009: A whole new New Empire Productions
Every new year brings new things. Our first 'new thing' is a complete redesign of our website
that is going to reflect the new direction and ideals that our company has always been about.
We want our website to be your first choice for information about any and all of our projects.
So be on the look out for a new New Empire Productions coming in the near future.
January 1 2009: Happy New Year from New Empire Productions
2008 was a great year to our little company with the awards we have recieved, and we
are already hard at work to make 2009 even better. We've set our resolutions in stone and
we are set on accomplishing a lot in just the first few months of this new year.
We want this to be an amazing year for us and for everyone out there who supports us.
You make what we do possible, and possibilities are what we are about.
November 29 2008: Sarah Jane Road Wins again!
For the second time this year the trailer for the upcoming film Sarah Jane Road has won!
The National Broadcasting Society-AERho has awarded the trailer "Best in Region" out of
dozens of submissions from region 6, which consists of Washington, Oregon, Idaho,
California, Hawaii, Montana, Wyoming, Arizona, Utah and Nevada.
June 12 2008: Sarah Jane Road Wins in Texas!
That's right the trailer for our newest film, Sarah Jane Road, has taken first place in its category
in the Boomtown Film and Music Festival in Beaumont, Texas on May 17th. We want to thank
everyone in Beaumont and congratulations to everyone involved in making this film.
The finished film will be released in limited release in the summer 2008 and will premiere in
film festivals fall of 2008.
April 28 2008: 133 Films Is Coming!!!
133 Films will change the way independent films are thought about in Tacoma, Wa. The first film
from 133 Film, Sarah Jane Road, is due out early summer 2008.
April 20 2008: Seattle, look out here comes Limbo!
We are proud to announce that Limbo, our little film that just keeps going and going, is now going up
north to the Seattle True Independent Film Festival.
April 17 2008: New Websites Coming Soon!
As some of you may be noticing some of this website is changing a lot. Well we are currently completely
rebuilding all the websites owned by New Empire Productions (Limbo, 133 Films, and this site).
This process will obviously will take time but we are slowly changing some parts of the sites as we go
along. This means you may experience some dead links and some weird colors popping on pages here
and there. This all goes towards our goal of having ease of access and site control.
Feb 6th 2008: Lots To Report Today!
Firstly, our newest film, Sarah Jane Road has released the new trailer. You can see it here. It will be
also posted on several video sites online, so you will be able to catch it in several places.
Secondly, New Empire Productions will be unveiling a new company that will be working to
improve the city of Tacoma through all types of multi-media. There are other big announcements
that we will letting you all know about in the coming month or so. In the mean time enjoy the trailer for
Sarah Jane Road and look for it in theaters and film festivals coming later this year.
Sept 17th 2007: Limbo Is In! Are You?
Limbo, our little film that could, is an official selection of the Tacoma Film Festival for 2007.
The film will play at the Grand Cinema on Friday Oct, 5th at 10 pm after a long day of films.
In other new news Sarah Jane Road, has been filming over August and Sept and early looks at the
edits look amazing. We are really excited about this project as once again it shows what Filmmakers
can do with a small cast and a small crew on a limited budget and shoot schedule. Look for it in late
January for the release and well as showings and times it will be playing around town.
July 1st 2007: Just a little update, as the summer moves along we are working on several new projects.
Firstly: we are announcing the beginning stages of Europaspeed TV. What is that you may ask? Well
it's an online automotive TV program where the viewers really have control over what cars they see.
Secondly: Mike Winfrey has signed on to help develop and produce, "Sounds of the Pacific Northwest".
A TV talk show where you, the viewer, are able to meet and learn about your favorite musicans, or bands
from Washington, Oregon and Idaho. Our own Joe Rosati has also signed on to host the show.
Third: "Sarah Jane Road", our second feature film will be going into full production in mid-July. We are
planning a late fall release so keep checking back with us to learn about what we're doing and what you
can do to see it.
May 1st 2007: Hey guys Limbo will be playing at the Galaxy 6 Theater in Tacoma, Wa on June 13th
and 14th. Thats a Wednesday and a Thursday at 7:00pm. Hope you all can make it out there and
take part in this celebration of the arts.
March 4th 2007: For all of you that missed seeing Limbo at the Grand Cinema, you've got another
chance to see it at the famous Swiss Pub at 1904 S. Jefferson Ave. - Tacoma, WA. 98402 on March 25th.
It will be shown as part of a double feature with another local film about artist and actor Teddy Haggarty.

February 18th 2007: We would like to thank everyone who came out to the Grand Cinema saturday
to support our film, and the local community. It means so much to us that you may never know. We
here at New Empire Productions are currently working on a DVD release and a soundtrack release.
Well will let you know when we have release dates or any other info to share. In the meantime check out
a little teaser trailer for our new project Sarah Janes Road.
January 19th 2007: BIG NEWS! FANTASTIC NEWS! 'Limbo' our little film from Tacoma, Wa. is going
to get it's chance to shine. Write this down people on your calenders. Feburary 17th Limbo with have two
showings at The Grand Cinema in Tacoma,Wa. The first show is at 10 am and the second showing is at
11 pm. Admission is $5.00. We hope to see you all there. TELL YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY!
If all things go well we will be able to have more screenings in the future. So please lend us our support,
it will be greatly appreciated.
January 18th 2007: A lot has been going on in the last four months concerning the film. We will be updating
this site as new things occur. So please bear with us as there may be broken links and unfinished pages. We
are in the process of redoing this site with all the new info we have to give. Thanks for all your emails
and support. We love you all.
August 10th 2006: 'Limbo' and New Empire Productions is sponsoring an arts event in Tacoma, Wa on
Aug. 19th to showcase local talent. There will be food, live music, art booths. To check out more in go to
www.embellishtacoma.com . Check out the site and look for our boy Joe Rosati in the live music section
as well Fear Train Caravan who contributed music to the 'Limbo' soundtrack. So we hope you all check it
out and we'll see you all there.
